The last time I ever ate outside in my backyard was forever ago. It was when I looked like this about 8 years ago:
Ok, you might think that was me just last year or maybe even, yesterday. But really, I think it was about 8 years ago. So it’s been awhile since that last happened and I wanted to do it again! Luckily, I found the right time and good weather to utilize my backyard, so I had to take advantage of it. I texted some friends and told them to bring some KBBQ and all sorts of Korean dishes to complete the KBBQ experience. Oh man, my friends went full out with this.
I had the low wooden Asian tables set up. Electric grills plugged in. We had more than enough vegetable dishes to go with our meat. This was just the beginning.
Surprisingly, a lot of people showed up! It was somewhat last minute planning to do this but it all worked out especially since Sarah was in town and wanted to hang out. She lives too far away from Orange County.
We had all kinds of meat on the table. Ribs, beef brisket, and pork belly.
There was a pack of beef brisket and we meant to place small portions of it onto the grill. But. Somehow the whole pack just jumped onto the grill.
The whole experience of eating Korean BBQ with friends is always a good one. Good food + good company = Good times. Thank you Daniel, Dasom, Linda, Michelle, Elaine, Sarah, Shawn, Stacy, and Stanley for bringing your presence and food to my backyard!
Come again to Tina’s Korean BBQ House!
